MICHAEL ROOS - PARTNER

Our client’s in house team had specified and implemented systems, processes and procedures for the project.

Davies Kelly were asked to review them all and advise the contractor accordingly to ensure that the corresponding
contractual obligations were considered and addressed.

We prepared and implemented processes and procedures to manage and mitigate commercial and contractual risks that we found had not been addressed by our client’s project team.
Once construction started, we undertook periodic reviews of its progress and delivered regular reports to our client.
These captured all the pertinent project information so that our client’s interests were managed and protected.
